 I am so excited because....... HERE'S MY OPENING.  After a ton of ups and downs regarding possibly everything about this opening it is done! I give so much credit to every person that works on a movie, from the casting to editing to directing and all of the above. I can only imagine how much more difficult it is to work on a professional movie set rather then a homemade movie.  Anyway, I am so so proud of it. Drumroll please? Introducing....... Actually filming my opening was so much fun!! Spoiler alert: I ended up changing my entire script for so many reasons. I hated it and it wouldn't have been possible with the people who said they would help me. Anyway, I had my best friend as my actor and we really enjoyed working together. My new script was so much better and it felt for natural for me to direct rather then trying to do something that I didn't know the outcome.  I love "He's Just Not That Into You" and still admire their opening, but I could have never done it as amazing and would have criticized myself too harshly. Instead, my new mix was between a 2000s teen rom com with the catchy song intro and a Disney Channel Original movie. It took me almost 2 hours to find the perfect song as I wanted one that sounded like "Perfect Day" by Hoku. I feel like I did a great job with the creative process, the filming, and the directing and I can't wait for you all to see it!
