Hey! Welcome to my blog. My name is Samantha Brickman and I am writing this to document my my experience and journey through my AICE Media Studies film opening. My film opening is going to be part of the romantic comedy genre. I chose this genre because almost all of my favorite movies come from this genre and I have grown up watching these movies. I love this genre because it allows me to escpae from my reality and enter a fictional world where two characters have to solve their problems and find their way to eachother in the end. Movie like these have shown me the beauty of love as well as how it can change one's entire world in a split second. I believe that I can make a great film opening in this genre because I know the basics of what a opening like this should be.
